Well here we are in week 2 of my Plastic Free July 2016 Challenge and so far it has been great. You have all been so great in participating in my challenge and I hope that we can continue refusing plastic through this week.
I first want to say that just because we have reached week 2 it doesn't mean that you just go back to using straws and plastic cutlery without thinking twice. I really want you to think about the consequences of using plastic and think about how much you care about the future of the earth. If you can understand the desperate situation that we are in then you will most likely understand that we need to make the switch from plastic to more sustainable materials. I would really like to see all of you using less plastic straws and cutlery in your day to day life. It really isn't hard and I am sure you have discovered that while participating in my challenge so let's make this an integrated part of all of our lives.
I'd love to hear how you all went last week so feel free to leave me a comment or send me an email.
Its ts great to have you on board and I hope we can continue to show the world that we still care for a greener future.
